Delivering sharp, highly defined optical images and precise mechanical movements the 3004 microscope series redefines the standard for outstanding performance, reliability and value in an economically priced binocular microscope ideal for students, laboratories and medical professionals.

Eyepieces: WF10x eyepieces with pointer, 18mm field of view. The eyepieces are locked-in to prevent classroom tampering.

Head: Binocular (45° viewing angle) or monocular (30° viewing angle) heads are locked on and are rotable 360°. Interpupillary distance settings (55-77mm) and diopter adjustment allow the user to maintain objective parfocality when switching to different objective magnifications.

Stand: Ergonomically designed with comfortable low position coaxial coarse and fine focusing controls and an adjustable tension control to maximize individual comfort and convenience. A built-in fixed focus stop allows for rapid image focusing while protecting specimens and objectives. Acid resistant lustrous almond finish.

Nosepiece: Quadruple, ball bearing, nosepiece with positive click stops to ensure parcentration. Durable, rubber grip on turret makes switching objectives fast and easy.

Stage: Professional double-plate graduated mechanical stage (132 mm x 125 mm) with vernier scales to provide accurate specimen location. Travel area 65mm (X) x 30mm (Y), with a low position
right-hand control.

Sub-stage: Pre-centered N.A. 1.25 two lens Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm and filter holder. The condenser is adjustable by an advanced rack and pinion control.

Illumination: High-intensity variable 6 volt 20 watt halogen illuminator with cord hanger. Trap door makes bulb replacement fast and easy.

Anti-mold: Optical surfaces in the viewing head are protected with an anti-mold system to ensure proper performance in unusually hot and humid environments.
